PKF/Aulous F. Madden & Company, Chartered Accountants, was founded in 1972. Starting with a small staff complement, PKF/Aulous F. Madden & Company has become a well recognised audit and accounting firm in Jamaica. It now operates out of its Kingston office, located at 6 Lockett Avenue, Kingston 4, and comprises two Partners and twenty-six professionals, paraprofessionals and other clerical staff members.
Aulous F. Madden & Company conducts auditing assignments in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and auditing guidelines and expresses professional judgement on the financial state of the client’s business affairs. These investigations involve various tests to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the information contained in the underlying accounting records and other source data is a reliable and sufficient basis for the preparation of the client’s financial statements.
Preparation of accounting records from primary data through financial statements, are among the services provided by the firm.
Management Advisory services generally include the provision of cash flow projections, budget preparation, share and business valuations, analysis and recommendations of staff and organisational structures. This also extends to administration of payroll and attendant reports.
An associated company, LOG Limited, provides company secretarial and related services to a large number of our clients, mainly for statutory compliance.
